trustworthy platform for job seekers. The purpose of this policy is to protect job seekers
from fraudulent publicly advertised job postings and ensure compliance with provincial job
posting requirements. This policy outlines the mechanism for reporting suspected
fraudulent job postings and how Talent Find Recruitment Solutions addresses such
reports.

This policy applies to all publicly advertised job postings on talentfindrs.com.
What is a Fraudulent Publicly Advertised Job Posting?
A job posting may be considered fraudulent if it includes false or misleading information or
intends to deceive or exploit job seekers. It is in the discretion of Talent Find Recruitment
Solutions to determine whether a publicly advertised job posting is fraudulent, in
accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000, S.O. 2000, c. 41 and its regulations.
How to report a Fraudulent Job Posting
If you believe a job posting on the Talent Find Recruitment Solutions website fraudulent,
please report it as soon as possible by emailing leslieward@talentfindrs.com. Please
include the following information in your report, if available:
• The link (URL) to the job posting;
• The job title and organization name; and
• The reason you believe the job posting is fraudulent. Please refer to specific
information included in the job posting.
How Talent Find Recruitment addresses reports of Fraudulent Job Postings
Talent Find Recruitment Solutions investigates fraudulent job postings by reviewing reports
in a timely manner, assessing the alleged fraudulent job posting and where appropriate,
seeking clarification from the employer. Talent Find Recruitment Solutions may
• Remove job postings from the Talent Find Recruitment Solutions website; and
• Restrict or ban offending employers from being featured on the website.
Talent Find Recruitment Solutions is not required to seek clarification from employers prior
to removing job postings or restricting employers from being featured on the website. The
job postings featured on the Talent Find Recruitment Solutions website are at the discretion
of the Company. Employers do not have the right to have job postings featured on the
website.
Posting this policy and Record Retention
In accordance with provincial statutory requirements, this policy will be posted in a
conspicuous place on the Talent Find Recruitment Solutions website and kept available for
users to access. Talent Find Recruitment Solutions will retain a copy of this policy for at
least three (3) years after a version of the policy is replaced or no longer in effect.
